Shipping and Return Policy
- Your order will ship out in 1-3 business days. This does not include weekend or holidays. All shipping is calculated at checkout and is shipped using USPS, either First Class or Priority depending on the weight of your order. If their is any delay in getting your order out we will notify you.
- If you choose Local Pickup, (use code: LOCALS) send us an email to email@example.com after you place your order, to arrange a pickup for your items.
- Shipping for orders of $85 or more is free.
Sale Rack items
Only regular priced items may be returned, any or all sale rack items can not be returned or exchanged. They are final sale items. No Exceptions.
- Items may be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods for store credit only (minus the shipping cost). Store credit does not expire.
- You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and include all original tags.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return any item.
Refunds (damaged items)
- We only give refunds for defective or damaged items.
- Claims must be made within 14 days of purchase by email and a picture showing the defective item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
